This page describes what actually happens when you use roro-labs.com today. It does not describe anything that is merely planned.

Your files stay on your device
Every tool on this site runs entirely inside your browser. Photos, PDFs and anything else you open are read by code that has already been downloaded to your machine, and no request carries them anywhere. There is no server here that receives files, so there is nothing held, nothing logged, and nothing to delete.
You do not have to take that on trust. Open your browser developer tools (F12), switch to the Network tab, and run a tool: you will see the page load its own files and no upload. Or use a tool once, turn your network off, and use it again — it keeps working, because the code is already running on your machine.
Counting visits
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and assigns no identifier that follows you across other sites. It sends the address of the page you are on, the address you arrived from, and performance measurements — never a file, a filename, a password, or anything you type into a tool. You can see the whole request in developer tools (F12), Network tab, under /cdn-cgi/rum.
Connection records
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which acts as its content delivery network. As with any web hosting, Cloudflare processes the technical details a request necessarily carries — your IP address, your browser user agent string, and the address requested — to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse. RoroLabs runs no server of its own and keeps no separate access log.
What is stored in your browser
One thing is kept on your device: your light or dark theme choice, saved in your browser localStorage under the name theme. It is not a cookie, it is never sent anywhere, and clearing this site data in your browser removes it.
Nothing you put into a tool is stored — not a file, not a calculator input.
Advertising
This site currently shows no third-party advertising, and no advertising or tracking scripts run on it. The analytics signal described above is the only external request a page makes. Should that change, this policy will be revised before the change goes live.
Links to other sites
Some pages link out to official fee schedules and documentation. Once you follow such a link, that site's own practices apply; this policy covers roro-labs.com only.
Processing carried out by others
Cloudflare delivers this site and runs the visit counter described above. Within that scope Cloudflare processes data on RoroLabs' behalf. Nothing is entrusted to anyone else.
How long anything is kept
RoroLabs runs no server, so it holds nothing of its own and there is nothing for it to destroy. What Cloudflare retains within the scope above is governed by Cloudflare's own policy.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your data by writing to [email protected]. Be aware that this site holds nothing that identifies you, so in most cases there is no record to point at.
