What this site is
A collection of small web tools: converters for photos and PDF files, and calculators for online sellers. Each one does a single job, needs no account, and has no usage limit.
Why everything runs inside your browser
A file that passes through someone else's server can be logged, cached, retained past a promised deletion date, or exposed in a breach. The files people most often need to convert — contracts, ID scans, medical records, private photos — are exactly the ones that should not be handed to a stranger's machine.
So there is no server in the loop. The conversion code is downloaded to your browser and runs there. That is also why there is no file size limit, no daily quota and no sign-up: those restrictions exist to control server costs, and there are no server costs here to control.
The trade-off is worth stating plainly. Work is bounded by your own device rather than by a data centre, and anything that genuinely needs a server belongs in an application you install rather than on this site.
Where the numbers come from
Each calculator shows the formula it uses and the basis for it. Where a fee or a tax rate can change, the page carries the date it was last checked and a link to the official source.
